Ryan Mahaney

President of Construction

As President of Construction Mr. Mahaney has over 27 years of experience in the field of construction, including the successful management of numerous multi-million-dollar projects throughout the United States.  His early career working in the field as a journeyman, foreman, and project superintendent, allows for great accuracy in his estimating, and effectiveness in overall project management and oversight.  Mr. Mahaney has proven to be highly skilled in coordinating subcontractors, budget allocations and project analysis.  Most recently he has planned and executed several complex multiphase renovations which were performed in fully operating clinics. 

Mr. Mahaney is known for quietly and effectively resolving the many challenges associated with the complexities of a medical construction site.  Clients count on him for pragmatic guidance on issues that arise and for his technical expertise in resolution.  He has established a solid reputation with Seakay and our clients for well-run projects and serves as an integral part of the Seakay’ s management team.

Samuel Ott, EA

Chief Financial Officer

Serving as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Ott has over thirty years of experience in financial, human resource, information technology, and administrative management, allowing for the smooth progression of Seakay’s projects from proposal stage to completion. Mr. Ott has proven expertise in budgeting and cash flow analysis, business planning, development evaluations, transactional analysis and planning, and capitalization vs. expense policy issues. He is well-practiced in personnel management issues, tax compliance, subcontracting procedures, and insurance requirements unique to the construction industry. With extensive knowledge of the governing regulations associated with construction and development, he also serves a critical role in ensuring that Seakay meets all state licensing and permitting requirements. Given his strong financial management and accounting background and thorough understanding of financial reporting techniques, he is proven effective in working in close partnership with affiliated financial institutions throughout the development process.
